Alex Stanciu, a Senior ENT Nurse Practitioner, brings over 23 years of experience from the Royal National Throat Nose & Ear Hospital in London and has specialized in microsuction for 24 years. Alongside his colleague Kristina, Alex has attended to more than 8,000 patients at this clinic since its inception in 2017.

Microsuction, recognized as the safest and most effective method for removing ear wax, is performed under direct observation with an ENT microscope and precise suction technique. The clinic offers treatment for a range of ear conditions, including ear wax removal, ear infections, perforated eardrums, mastoid cavities, and the extraction of foreign objects from the ear canal. Additionally, we are equipped to perform microsuction on cooperative children aged three years and older.

The Ear Microsuction Clinic is distinguished by its voluntary participation in external evaluations by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring compliance with rigorous safety, hygiene, and clinical quality standards. The CQC, an autonomous regulator, conducts regular checks to ensure that health and social care providers uphold the necessary quality and safety standards.
